President

Agnieszka Sekulska

An economist, trainer and consultant with extensive experience in delivering and managing projects funded through national and European programmes. A graduate of the TROP Business Trainers School and the Gdańsk Foundation for Management Development, she is also an accredited trainer with the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP). She specialises in working with local governments, non-governmental organisations and businesses, supporting the development of professional skills, local initiatives and social and employment programmes. Agnieszka has been involved in numerous educational and development projects, particularly those supporting people at risk of social and professional exclusion. At the Association, she coordinates projects and oversees their delivery from start to finish, including planning and budgeting, team and partner management, reporting and evaluation. She has extensive experience in managing teams and processes, as well as in the strategic development of social initiatives.

Administrative & Project Coordinator

Agnieszka Leska

A European Studies graduate with experience in the private sector, public administration and the non-governmental sector. Her professional experience includes working at a notary’s office and running her own business. She has also been involved in managing and co-managing a non-governmental organisation, developing strong skills in planning and delivering social initiatives. At Kombinat Social Engagement Association, she is responsible for the effective coordination and administration of projects and activities funded by the European Union, ensuring their smooth delivery, compliance with relevant guidelines and effective cooperation with partners. She values organisation, clear communication and collaborative relationships. She believes that diverse experiences and perspectives are the foundation of effective and lasting social action.

Communications Specialist

Weronika Bromberg

A communications specialist responsible for planning, coordinating and ensuring the effective operation of the organisation’s internal and external communications. At the Association, she is involved in initiatives promoting volunteering and supporting the mental wellbeing of young people. She is responsible for promoting the Association’s activities, building its public image and managing information and promotional activities across social media and online channels. She ensures consistency in the organisation’s messaging, builds relationships with audiences and increases the visibility of its projects and initiatives. A graduate of Promotion and Advertising, she is currently completing a Master’s degree in Management, specialising in PR and Marketing. She combines strong organisational skills with creativity and also actively supports visual communications and the development of promotional materials.

Volunteer Coordinator

Dominika Nowak

Dominika has been actively involved in community work since 2019, supporting, among others, LGBT+ people and people experiencing homelessness. She has experience organising fundraising, community and integration events. In her work, she focuses on building an engaged community, being attentive to people’s needs and creating initiatives that make a tangible difference at the local level. She makes sure that volunteers have clearly defined responsibilities as well as opportunities to gain new skills, develop their competencies and learn through hands-on experience. She creates an environment that encourages collaboration, a sense of agency and long-term engagement.

Psychologist

Katarzyna Bałażak

A psychologist and psychotherapist currently completing a four-year Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) training programme. She is also a Level I and II addiction prevention educator. In her work, she combines scientific knowledge with a practical approach to mental health support, focusing on prevention, psychoeducation and strengthening individual resources.

Psychologist, Educator & Coach

Szymon Kornaś

A psychologist, educator and coach with more than 10 years of experience working with young people and adults, supporting their personal and professional development. He specialises in employment support based on thorough psychological and career assessment, helping people make informed decisions and build their future development paths. He provides consultations and psychological support tailored to the individual needs of those he works with, helping them navigate personal and professional challenges. He also leads group sessions and workshops for parents, helping them strengthen their parenting skills and build positive communication with children and young people.

Psychologist & Psychotraumatologist

Ewelina Białkowska

A psychologist and psychotraumatologist with a background in social rehabilitation and sociotherapy. She is also qualified in school and peer mediation and is a certified trainer of Confidence Building Training for children and young people who have experienced violence. She works with children, young people and their parents, supporting emotional and social development while helping prevent peer violence and social exclusion. She places particular emphasis on educating young people about healthy and responsible relationships and empathy. In her work, she values attentiveness, accessibility and meaningful support, including support for adults whose emotional needs often go unnoticed.
