On 9 July 2025, Psychological and Educational Services provided by Małgorzata Laskowska, MA, signed a funding agreement for the implementation of the project:

The project is co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) under the European Funds for Mazovia 2021–2027 Programme.

Main Objective

The main objective of the project is to increase the social and professional competences needed to enter employment among 44 people (27 women and 17 men) at risk of poverty or social exclusion, including people who are economically inactive and primarily require social activation.

The project is aimed at people living in the Mazovian regional area, specifically Radom County and the City of Radom, and provides individualised and comprehensive support as part of an individual reintegration pathway.

The support includes social and employment activation services delivered between 1 August 2025 and 30 October 2026.

Specific Objectives

1. Strengthening Social Potential

The project aims to strengthen the social potential of 44 people, including 27 women, who are at risk of poverty or social exclusion, including people who are economically inactive and live in Radom County or the City of Radom.

This will be achieved through an assessment of participants’ individual needs and potential, used to develop an Individual Reintegration Pathway, together with social activation measures, including:

psychological and specialist counselling, including psychological, socio-therapeutic, legal and financial support;

social skills training;

individual coaching.

2. Strengthening Professional Potential

The project aims to strengthen the professional potential of 44 people, including 27 women, who are at risk of poverty or social exclusion, including people who are economically inactive.

Support will include:

vocational training;

job placement services;

vocational placements.

Project Area

Mazovian Voivodeship: the City of Radom and Radom County

Target Group

The project is aimed at 44 people, including 27 women, who are at risk of poverty or social exclusion, including people who are economically inactive, living in Radom County and the City of Radom within the Mazovian regional area.

The project focuses on people experiencing the most difficult socio-economic circumstances.

The target group includes:

100% unemployed or otherwise not in employment: 44 people, including 27 women; of these, at least 77% are unemployed, representing 34 people, including 19 women, with 2 people, including 1 woman, being long-term unemployed.

100% at risk of poverty or social exclusion: 44 people, including 27 women, who receive social assistance benefits under the Social Assistance Act of 12 March 2004 or are eligible for social assistance because they meet at least one of the conditions specified in Article 7 of the Act.

23% economically inactive due to family or caregiving responsibilities, illness or disability: 10 people, including 8 women.

20% with an education level of ISCED 3 or below: 9 people, including 6 women.

15% experiencing exclusion for more than one reason: 7 people, including 5 women.

10% receiving support through the European Funds for Food Aid Programme (FE PŻ): 5 people, including 3 women.

9% young people aged 15–29 who are not in employment, education or training: 4 people, including 3 women.

5% people with disabilities: 3 people, including 2 women, within the meaning of the Act of 27 August 1997 on Vocational and Social Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities and the Act of 19 August 1994 on Mental Health Protection. This includes, among others, people with mental health disorders and people affected by obesity.

Expected Project Outcomes

39 people whose social situation will have improved after completing the programme.

4 people looking for work after completing the programme.

35 people who will have gained qualifications after completing the programme.

9 people who will be employed, including people who become self-employed, after completing the programme.

40% of economically inactive participants receiving support who will be looking for work after completing the project.

20% of unemployed participants receiving support who will change their status to employed or self-employed after completing the project.
